Seventh Day Slumber is a Christian alt-rock band from Dallas, Texas that plays a variety of genres, including Christian hard rock, praise and worship, post-grunge, and alternative metal. Their music also incorporates rock, metal, and pop styles. The band's lead singer, Joseph Rojas, has said that he doesn't want to be "put in a box" and that he's open to doing what God tells him to do.
Seventh Day Slumber has been a major force in Christian rock for over 20 years, with two Billboard #1 albums, five #1 singles, and 14 Top 10 hits. Their 2009 album Take Everything was their first to appear on the Billboard 200, and their 2022 album Death by Adoration reached the top 25 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock chart.
